P.O BOX
We can not send parcels to PO BOX addresses at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you do still choose to add a P.O Box address it is at your own risk as we can not guarantee delivery. If you see this after placing the order then please email us and we will do our best to change and amend the address before it ships but we cannot guarantee this will be done in time.
Parcels are shipped 24hr Tracked Royal Mail
Ireland - Customer notice:
Due to the unexpected rise in customs fee's our customers are experiencing we will be unable to ship to Ireland at this time. Please note we are doing everything we can to get a solution in place A.S.A.P. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.💜
UK SHIPPING:
- We use Royal mail to Ship All Items to the UK.
- All the parcels are sent via Royal Mail 24hr Tracked from your dispatch confirmation email (this does not include weekend delivery) PLEASE NOTE : The delivery times are expected but not guaranteed.
- During busy periods parcels can take from 3-4 days for processing and dispatch.
- If you have not received your order in 7 working days from dispatch email please contact us via our contact form or send an email to cleanmelted@outlook.com
- PLEASE NOTE -We are not responsible for incorrect imputed information at check out. If you have imputed your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, You will have to wait until the package has returned back at our warehouse before we can refund the goods or arrange to resend - p&p to be paid by customer for re shipping.
- Our shipping costs are based on weight & Size of products
- Clean Melted will not be held responsible if any duty or taxes applied are not paid by the receiver and the consignment is refused/held or destroyed at customs. No refund will be offered.
HOLIDAYS AND BANK HOLIDAYS
During holidays, busy periods and adverse weather conditions you may experience delays, this is due to the postal service. We will always aim to get all parcels out for delivery within two working days wherever possible.
